A Hundred Visions - 2009

In December 2008 I set myself the challenge of writing, arranging, recording and producing a solo album entirely of my own original work, from my loft bedroom.

Featuring a wide range of instruments including acoustic guitar, piano, cello, djembe and ukulele, the writing and recording process became a massive learning experience for me in which I discovered a great deal about both songwriting and sound engineering. I wrote significantly more songs during this period than the eight which made it onto the final digital record, but selected those that seemed to best complement each other.

In September 2009, I made A Hundred Visions available for free download from my website via Jamendo and tracks from the album soon started receiving radio play.
